standing at the back in my sissy robe

About

So this is a World of Warcraft blog (like the world needed more of those).

If you don’t play WoW or aren’t interested in WoW (although I can’t imagine why you’d be interested in WoW but didn’t play it, or played it but weren’t interested in it … oh where am I going with this?) then you won’t be interested in this blog.

To be honest, even if you do play WoW and you are interested in WoW you still might not be interested in this blog.

I started it in a holy priest hissy fit (a pissy fit, in fact) after a particularly irritating instance run so I imagine it’ll mainly be here to allow me to let off steam.Β  Assuming I don’t run out of steam, of course, after a couple of days and forget it exists.

So, yes, Tamarind: blood elf, holy priest, Emerald Dream, UK.

Me?Β  Other things.Β  Certainly not holy.

    • Thank you kindly for the compliments … I’m so glad to have amused and entertained you with my frivolous observations. I’m pretty late to the WoW Party, myself, so I look forward to reading about your adventures in your blog.

  2. You can thank Spinks for linking you. I agree on the wittiness of your writing style. I’d say you’re my favorite blogger right now, and trust me, I’ve got a lot on my list.

So many bloggers are talking about end-game raiding, listing boss strategies and blah blah blah about what gear is best and whatever such and such change means for the future of the game. I much prefer the emotional rants that really show the people behind the game. Especially when you keep making amusing comparisons between the game and real life. It’s awesome =)

    • I was extremely touched and gratified when Spinks linked to me – she, is, of course, comprised entirely of awesome. Thank you so much for your kind words – I’m delighted to discover that others find my amusement in my silliness.

As far as whimsical content goes, I’m glad that Perpetually Late To the Party (I started playing WoW at the point most people were getting burnout) has its advantages πŸ™‚

There’s such a lot of thoughtful, intelligent analysis out there about pretty much every aspect of playing the game that it’s nice to feel liberated to talk nonsense πŸ™‚
